Bryan Kemper CEO
Bryan is TriPower's expert-in-residence when it comes to the in-building wireless DAS market. His leadership, vision and industry credibility have been the catalyst for TriPower's ascendance and he possesses a unique blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills making him the company's franchise player.
Bryan began his technology career in 1997 and held sales engineering and product management positions with several companies including General Electric, Quality Call Solutions, Synteleos, Intellicom, and Flathead Solutions. He has deployed systems and telecom product lines in a variety of domestic and international markets. Since joining TriPower in October 2002, Bryan's focus has been on growing the wireless operations and implementing a variety of large-scale complex neutral-host DAS deployments. As COO, Bryan constructed the framework of an integrated sales, design, engineering, and project management team capable of delivering industry-leading wireless solutions.
Barry Bruce CFO
Barry has more than 25 years of public and private accounting experience. He completed his studies at University of California, Berkeley where he earned a BS Degree in Accounting. He has three years of public accounting experience with Pannell Kerr Forester, an international CPA firm, and has passed the CPA exam with his CPA certificate pending.
Barry's experience with financial reporting is strong and well grounded having worked for three Fortune 500 companies over the past 12 years. In his career he has gone through numerous internal and external audits without material audit changes. Through research and formula driven budgets and forecasts, he has helped companies become more pro-active in executing changes that positively affect the bottom-line.
Gregory Glenn Director Product and RF Engineering
Gregory is a FCC Licensed Radio System Engineer with over 32 years experience in radio system design and deployment. Gregory specializes in interference and intermodulation detection and elimination as well as "in-building" and macro system design for Public Safety and Industrial users and has extensive experience in 800, 450 MHz and 150 MHz communications system design.
Prior to employment with TriPower, Gregory was the Director of Network Operation for Pacific Wireless Technologies. He assembled the team that wrote the original business plan for what became Pacific Wireless Technologies and was directly involved in obtaining some 65 million in capital to finance the Pacific Wireless start up. As Network Operations Director, Gregory directed the build out which accomplished first call within 90 days of the project startup.
Gregory was the former Vice President of Engineering for Lagorio Communications Corporation, who with its partners, operated over 600 - 800 MHz channels, using the Motorola Smart Zone and Privacy Plus Technology.
Ken Barnard Director of Project Engineering
Ken is an FCC licensed professional who has 18 years combined experience in electronics, radio communications and fiber optic networks design, construction and support. With experience in the design, installation, sales, marketing and distribution of wireless networks, Ken has a diverse background in both design and technical support of in-building wireless solutions. He routinely deals with multi-million dollar projects and successfully manages a team of professionals for the selling and implementation of distributed antenna systems.
Before coming to TriPower, Ken helped CTB Fiber Optic Services become a leader in fiber optic network construction. He worked from start of the company's inception to help build professional relationships and customer longevity servicing a multitude of national and international customers. His hard work helped make the company successful in its first few years of growth.
As a Veteran of the United States Navy aviation community, Ken has gained valuable training and experience in working with various types of airborne RADAR, communications and electronic navigation equipment.
