From the inviting custom home and detached garage to the fully equipped barn and supporting equestrian facilities, we handled the build of each structure to create a seamless, functional, and beautiful environment. This project blends comfort with the needs of a true equestrian center—offering thoughtfully constructed living spaces, a purpose-built barn, and amenities ready for both horses and their people. Lost Lake is the kind of property where inspired design and quality craftsmanship come together for a one-of-a-kind lifestyle.

White Owl Barndominium

The White Owl Barndominium is a custom barn-style home that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Built from the ground up, this unique residence features a striking lofted living room layout filled with natural light thanks to an abundance of windows.

The floor plan includes two comfortable bedrooms, an attached garage, a practical mud room, and a special “viewing room” designed for birdwatching and soaking up the scenery. Every detail of this project was crafted to create a welcoming, functional space that celebrates both the landscape and the people who call it home.

Redmond Residence Remodel

The Redmond Residence Remodel focused on a complete transformation of the first floor, turning dated rooms into a bright, open, and welcoming space. We reimagined the kitchen, living area, and main floor features with modern finishes, improved flow, and custom touches designed for daily living. Every detail was tailored to our client’s vision, creating a refreshed and functional foundation for their home’s next chapter.

The Tree House

The Tree House project is a showcase of creativity, versatility, and true custom building. Tri Power constructed a timber barn ADU from the ground up, complete with two garage bays, a spacious workshop, a dedicated playroom for the kids, a workout room, and even a heated balcony for year-round enjoyment. The entire second floor is designed for comfortable living, featuring a bright living area with an attached kitchenette, a combined bathroom and laundry room, and a private bedroom—making it a full-featured retreat above the utility spaces.

But the vision didn’t stop there. On this unique property, we also built a custom stage with a firepit for unforgettable nights of music and gathering, a pavilion with an integrated fireplace for outdoor living in any season, and a fully functional greenhouse to support year-round gardening. The Tree House is a property designed for living, entertaining, and making memories—inside and out.

Project Alice

For Project Alice, we transformed a closed-off kitchen into a bright, open space built for both functionality and style. By removing a dividing wall, we created a more connected layout and added a central island with a striking granite countertop in its place—bringing both workspace and visual impact to the heart of the home.

The remodel also included brand-new cabinetry, a modern sink upgrade, and custom lighting that adds warmth and character throughout. From layout to finish, every detail was designed to bring new life to the space while making it more inviting for everyday living and entertaining.

Auxiliary Living Shed

This is a compact, hard-working outbuilding designed to handle the everyday tasks the main house doesn’t need to. Inside, it combines a dedicated laundry area with practical storage space for tools, gear, and seasonal items, keeping everything organized and out of the way while remaining easy to get to.

Above the main level, a ladder-accessed loft creates two small sleeping spots—ideal for kids’ sleepovers or pets that don’t mind the climb. Every square foot is intentional, turning a simple shed into a multi-purpose space that quietly takes care of laundry, storage, and the occasional overnight stay without wasting space or overcomplicating the design.

Party Barn

The Party Barn was designed with celebrations and gatherings in mind—a barn that brings people together in style. This structure features a dramatic garage door for indoor-outdoor flow, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a smart loft layout that maximizes every inch of space. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for any event, and a custom bathroom complete with a standout shower.

Beyond the barn, we also created a long path among the trees lined with thoughtfully placed structures throughout the property, offering plenty of options to enhance any retreat or gathering hosted here.

Cottage Lake

The Cottage Lake Kitchen was a full kitchen refresh paired with upgraded living room glazing, bringing both comfort and efficiency up to modern standards. The remodel focused on improving everyday function around the main work zones while seven new living room windows introduced more natural light and better insulation, tightening up the envelope without changing the character of the home.

Two custom details became the stars of the project. A toe-kick heat vent was installed beneath the kitchen sink to keep feet warm during dish duty and food prep, making one of the most-used spots in the house noticeably more comfortable. Alongside the refrigerator, a custom-built spice rack—designed and installed by our team—creates a dedicated, organized space for cooking essentials, turning storage into a clean, integrated feature rather than an afterthought.

Silver Firs Kitchen

The Silver Firs Kitchen Remodel transformed a dated, traditional kitchen into a modern, sleek centerpiece for the home. We redesigned the space to maximize functionality, seamlessly blending new cabinetry and finishes with the existing style of the first floor. The result is a kitchen that feels open, tailored, and perfectly integrated—a fresh take that’s as practical as it is a treat to the eye.

Fat Horse Ranch

The Fat Horse Ranch project was all about building a working equestrian setup that actually fits how horses and humans move through the property. We constructed a covered riding arena paired with two nearby fenced-in stables, laid out so horses can move safely and efficiently between shelter, turnout, and work. The flow from stables to arena was planned to minimize stress, reduce bottlenecks, and keep daily routines straightforward in all seasons.

Across the rest of the property, we installed extensive equestrian fencing to define paddocks, lanes, and boundaries. The result is a ranch that feels organized, secure, and purpose-built for serious horsing around.

Snohomish Sauna

The Bothell Sauna was built as an exterior addition to an existing home, designed to feel like it had always been part of the original plan. We tied the new structure into the existing architecture by matching siding profiles, trim details, and paint color so the sauna reads as a natural extension of the house rather than a bolt-on box.

Marysville Kitchen Repair

The Marysville Kitchen Renovation began as a water-damage remediation and turned into a targeted rebuild. We stripped the flooring and affected areas down to the subfloor, removed all compromised materials, and installed new panel flooring across the entire kitchen to create a clean, durable foundation.

From there, we remodeled one side of the kitchen to match the client’s updated vision, adding granite countertops and a new drop-in sink while retaining and reusing the original cabinets. The result is a refreshed, functional kitchen that blends new finishes with existing elements, repairing the damage without requiring a full tear-out of the entire space.

The Monroe Pump House is a straightforward, purpose-built structure designed to protect the property’s water system from weather, damage, and downtime. We focused on a clean, durable shell with practical access for maintenance, keeping the layout simple and service-friendly.
