The Tree House

The Tree House project is a showcase of creativity, versatility, and true custom building. Tri Power constructed a timber barn ADU from the ground up, complete with two garage bays, a spacious workshop, a dedicated playroom for the kids, a workout room, and even a heated balcony for year-round enjoyment. The entire second floor is designed for comfortable living, featuring a bright living area with an attached kitchenette, a combined bathroom and laundry room, and a private bedroom—making it a full-featured retreat above the utility spaces.

But the vision didn’t stop there. On this unique property, we also built a custom stage with a firepit for unforgettable nights of music and gathering, a pavilion with an integrated fireplace for outdoor living in any season, and a fully functional greenhouse to support year-round gardening. The Tree House is a property designed for living, entertaining, and making memories—inside and out.
