Tri Power Construction LLC was founded in 2004 as a builder in Snohomish County, Washington. Over the past 20 years we have established ourselves as one of the premier construction companies for custom equestrian facilities in the state.
We are a Washington family, comprised of friends and relatives while only hiring through word of mouth. As a company, we strive to hire and develop the best individuals for the jobs we take, ensuring each team member shares our values of quality, integrity, and dedication. Owner & Founder
Our journey in the building industry began with a passion for land development. Guided by my mentors, I started with framing, mastering the intricacies of constructing houses. This foundation led me to work with a general contractor specializing in high-end custom homes, where I honed my carpentry skills under the guidance of a dedicated master carpenter.
In 2004, at the age of 25, I founded Tri Power Construction. Initially, we served as subcontractors for one of Washington's leading equestrian building companies, Rodeo Construction. When they unfortunately went out of business in 2008, Tri Power seized the opportunity to fill the void, quickly establishing ourselves as a premier equestrian builder in the state.
Over the years, our talented team has constructed hundreds of barns and arenas, solidifying our reputation in the equestrian community. Building on my background in custom home construction, we have expanded our services to create beautiful homes for families across the region. Our design capabilities, combined with our diverse experience, enable us to seamlessly blend any style of construction, ensuring we can bring your vision to life.

Mike Sanchez
Chief Executive Officer
I’m a custom home builder and Marine Corps veteran with a diverse background in construction and leadership. My career began in 2011 as a laborer with Tri Power Construction, and in 2015, I launched my own custom home building business, focusing on transparency and delivering high-quality, tailored homes. In 2017, I paused my business after being activated in the Marine Corps. Following my return in 2020, I rejoined Tri Power, where I moved from project manager to CEO by 2024. My military experience as an 0629 and 0411, during which I managed over $1 billion in equipment, gave me the operational and strategic planning skills that I now apply in leading the company.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m proud to be married to my incredible wife, Michelle, and together we’ve just celebrated 10 years of marriage. We have three wonderful children who inspire and motivate me every day, both personally and professionally.
David Weaver

My career in construction began in 2004 at Tri Power, where I started as a laborer with no plans to make it a long-term path. However, within just a few months, I discovered a passion for the craft that transformed my trajectory. Driven by a self-motivated hunger for success and a commitment to my coworkers and clients, I quickly surpassed my peers. I took the initiative to teach myself 3D rendering and honed my skills to construct a variety of building styles.
I progressed from laborer to foreman, then project manager, ultimately landing in Sales and Design. Initially focused on equestrian construction, I became adept at building barns and arenas. Over the years, we expanded our expertise to include timber frame construction and custom residential projects. I pride myself on working closely with each client to ensure their unique style and vision are reflected in every project we undertake.
My commitment extends beyond my profession to my family and my country. I’ve been happily married to my irreplaceable wife, Ashley, for over 16 years, and our two children are my greatest motivation. In addition, I have proudly served 22 years in the Army Reserves, completing four deployments to the Middle East and two stateside activations for emergency response crisis events. Specializing in logistical operations, I’ve developed a versatile skill set that spans personal, professional, tactical, and technical domains. My leadership journey includes serving as First Sergeant for two transportation companies, where I mentored soldiers and led complex missions, shaping me into a compassionate and dedicated leader.
As I approach retirement from my military career on December 11, 2024, I look forward to spending more quality time with my family, friends, and in my professional endeavors.
Throughout my experiences in both the military and construction, I have cultivated a transparent, fair, and honest approach to business, which I believe is essential for building lasting relationships.
Michael Flores
Sales Officer
Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Washington, I bring over 17 years of hands-on construction experience to my role as a sales representative at Tri Power Construction. With a diverse professional background in aerospace, appliance installation, cabinetry manufacturing, and sales, I have a unique understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of home building and remodeling.
My broad experience allows me to expertly navigate the complexities of home building and remodeling. I use my knowledge of various aspects of construction to help clients make informed decisions, ensuring that each project is tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three boys. My wife and I strive to teach the importance of reading and spending time outdoors, helping our children develop a healthy connection with learning and nature.

I have worked with Jared and the crew from Tri Power for 2 years or so. We have built 1 big timber frame garage project and a ton of other medium to large size projects on our property. This included managing all the subs, septic, power, logging, Trail building ,etc. Everything I needed done he was able to help me get it done.
I would absolutely hire Jared and the crew again in the future, I am a active client. He's always easy to talk too and communication is great. Normally we chat mostly over text and email day to day and it works just fine.

We let Jarred and team know what we were looking for in a new shop we were building. He was able to create a 3D design beforehand so we could see exactly what was going to be built. With this technology it made it easy to tweak and get it perfect! We could not be happier with our final product!

I needed to have my porch redone after the first contractor I hired botched the job. Tri Power came in and used my own materials and made it 100% better. They leveled, secured and evened out the Trex decking I had chosen.

Tri Power did an incredible job on an extensive remodel of our home; this included the installation of 5+ Sky lights, a deck replacement and expansion, including a covered area, replacement of all exterior doors and windows, and a kitchen remodel. Throughout each of the projects they were trusted partners, listening to our wants and needs while guiding the final design and installation with their own recommendations, based on functionality, quality of materials, cost and their own experience. Each of the projects was delivered to the agreed schedule. While every home remodel comes with some inherent stress for the home owners, I can say that the Tri Power team were very easy to share space with; they were mindful of cleanup, both daily and overall at the end of each project; they were always very respectful, clearly aiming to be as non-intrusive as possible.
