The entire team at Tri Power Construction deserves five stars!! Great communication, impeccable craftsmanship, and awesome people to work with!
Tri Power Construction LLC was founded in 2004 as a builder in Snohomish County, Washington. Over the past 20+ years we have established ourselves as one of the premier construction companies for custom equestrian facilities in the state.
We are a Washington family, comprised of friends and relatives while only hiring through word of mouth. As a company, we strive to hire and develop the best individuals for the jobs we take, ensuring each team member shares our values of quality, integrity, and dedication. By maintaining strong relationships and focusing on personal referrals, we ensure that every project is handled with care and expertise. We deliver results that surpass our clients' wants and needs while maintaining their vision.
Tri Power has built numerous structures ranging in all sizes, shapes, and budgets; we especially enjoy the challenges of exceeding customer expectations on what is possible in bringing their Dreams to Reality.

Our journey in the building industry began with a passion for land development. Guided by my mentors, I started with framing, mastering the intricacies of constructing houses. This foundation led me to work with a general contractor specializing in high-end custom homes, where I honed my carpentry skills under the guidance of a dedicated master carpenter.
In 2004, at 25, I launched Tri Power. We began as subcontractors to Rodeo Construction, one of Washington’s leading equestrian builders. When Rodeo closed in 2008, we stepped up to serve that community directly and quickly became a go-to equestrian builder in the state. Since then, our team has built hundreds of barns and arenas and expanded into custom homes, bringing the same standards for fit, finish, and functionality.
Away from estimates and punch lists, I’m client-focused and detail-driven. I value listening first and specifying second. With integrated design support and a wide range of project experience, we can combine styles and systems to bring our clients' Dreams to Reality.
I’m a custom home builder and Marine Corps veteran with a diverse background in construction and leadership. My career began in 2011 as a laborer with Tri Power Construction, and in 2015, I launched my own custom home building business, focusing on transparency and delivering high-quality, tailored homes. In 2017, I paused my business after being activated in the Marine Corps.
Following my return in 2020, I rejoined Tri Power, where I moved from project manager to CEO by 2024. My military experience as an 0629 and 0411, during which I managed over $1 billion in equipment, gave me the operational and strategic planning skills that I now apply in leading the company.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m proud to be married to my incredible wife, Michelle, and together we’ve just celebrated 10 years of marriage. We have three wonderful children who inspire and motivate me every day, both personally and professionally.
I’m on the Sales and Design team at Tri Power, focused on translating client ideas into builds that feel personal and long-lasting. I began here in 2004 as a laborer with zero intention of making it a career—then the craft took over. I taught myself 3D rendering and learned how different building styles come together, a mix of hands-on practice and curiosity that still guides my work.
My path moved from laborer to foreman to project manager before landing in Sales and Design. I started in equestrian construction—barns and arenas—and over time expanded into timber frame and custom residential projects. I work closely with each client so their style and vision are present in the details, from early concepts to the final finish.
Beyond the job, I’m committed to family and service. I’ve been married to my wife, Ashley, for over 16 years, and our two children are my daily motivation. I’ve served 22 years in the Army Reserves with four deployments to the Middle East and two stateside activations, specializing in logistical operations. As a First Sergeant for two transportation companies, I mentored soldiers and led complex missions—experience that shaped a transparent, fair, and honest approach to leadership and to how I build relationships in this industry.
I’m a sales representative at Tri Power Construction, born and raised in Skagit Valley, Washington, with more than 17 years of hands-on construction experience. My path runs through aerospace, appliance installation, cabinetry manufacturing, and sales, which gives me a practical view of both the technical and aesthetic sides of building and remodeling. That mix helps me speak the language of the shop and the showroom—and translate between them for clients.
I draw on that broad background to help homeowners navigate the moving parts of a project—scopes, materials, detailing, and the trade-offs that matter. My goal is simple: give clear options, explain what each choice means in real life, and shape a plan that reflects how a client wants to live. Every project is tailored to specific needs and goals so the finished space feels consistent, functional, and true to the client’s style.
When I’m off the clock, I’m with my wife and our three boys. We spend a lot of time reading together and getting outside, teaching the value of curiosity and the kind of time in nature that sticks. That same mindset—learn, explore, do it well—shows up in how I approach every client conversation and every project.
I serve as a project manager at Tri Power with over ten years of hands-on experience. I began at a shed building company, earning my way from carpenter to crew lead, and I’ve been fortunate to learn directly from our CEO, Mike Sanchez. That mentorship—rooted in practical problem-solving and pride in the details—shaped how I plan work, guide teams, and protect the integrity of the build.
My progression has always been about mastering the fundamentals and then teaching them forward. I translate drawings into the steps that make them real, align the right people on the right tasks, and keep attention on the parts that clients notice every day: fit, function, and finish. The goal is a clean handoff and a space that feels intentional from first look to last touch.
I’m motivated by the craft and the trust our clients place in us. I believe in straight talk, visible quality, and decisions that hold up under daily use. Whether it’s a straightforward structure or a complex custom, I work to deliver outcomes that reflect a client’s vision and the standards we expect on a Tri Power job—reliable, refined, and built to be lived in.

The entire team at Tri Power Construction deserves five stars!! Great communication, impeccable craftsmanship, and awesome people to work with!
Tri-Power and their team are able to provide a beautiful design for an upcoming mother-in-law build. They were able to listen not only to our needs and wants but also to create a cohesive and striking design that only added layers of amazingness to the project beyond what we even imagined. their design for us was dead on perfect from the first drawing, but they were also always exploring options to make changes that would work not only for design but budget as well. I would and will continue to recommend Tri Power for projects such as this and more.
I have worked with Jared and the crew from Tri Power for 2 years or so. We have built 1 big timber frame garage project and a ton of other medium to large size projects on our property. This included managing all the subs, septic, power, logging, Trail building ,etc. Everything I needed done he was able to help me get it done. I would absolutely hire Jared and the crew again in the future, I am a active client. He's always easy to talk too and communication is great. Normally we chat mostly over text and email day to day and it works just fine. -Jeff Duvall, Wa
I highly recommend Tri Power for all your building needs. From the design stage to the finished product they were nothing but professional and courteous. We let Jarred and team know what we were looking for in a new shop we were building. He was able to create a 3D design beforehand so we could see exactly what was going to be built. With this technology it made it easy to tweak and get it perfect! We could not be happier with our final product!
I needed to have my porch redone after the first contractor I hired botched the job. Tri Power came in and used my own materials and made it 100% better. They leveled, secured and evened out the Trex decking I had chosen. I also had them install tile as a back splash in my new kitchen. They did the job quickly and efficiently and it came out beautifully. Thank you for all of your help! I can't wait until we start on our next project (barn with attached apartment), and now I know to go with Tri Power from beginning to end!
Tri Power did an incredible job on an extensive remodel of our home; this included the installation of 5+ Sky lights, a deck replacement and expansion, including a covered area, replacement of all exterior doors and windows, and a kitchen remodel. Throughout each of the projects they were trusted partners, listening to our wants and needs while guiding the final design and installation with their own recommendations, based on functionality, quality of materials, cost and their own experience. Each of the projects was delivered to the agreed schedule. While every home remodel comes with some inherent stress for the home owners, I can say that the Tri Power team were very easy to share space with; they were mindful of cleanup, both daily and overall at the end of each project; they were always very respectful, clearly aiming to be as non-intrusive as possible. This team doesn't just want to get the job done, they want to help you create the home and living space that you want, without breaking the budget. Their energy and enthusiasm is real. Tri Power will be our "go to" for any future projects.
Jared and his crew built a 4,000+ ft custom home for us as well as a barn, arena and multiple other outbuildings. The quality and attention to detail of their work is amazing. Not only do they do great work, but they are a great group of guys that have really good ideas and are a pleasure to work with.
We had them rebuild our 2000+ square foot deck. They did an excellent job from the project design phase all the way through completion. Tri Power's employees were very respectful of their surroundings and kept the jobsite clean and safe. We would definitely recommend Tri Power and look forward to collaborating with them on our next project.
Working with Tri Power Construction was a great experience! The communication lines were always open. They were great at providing suggestions or ideas to assist with the process and worked with me through every step of the way!
We have worked with a lot of contractors and builders over the years, and TriPower was by far the best. Extremely thorough, skilled, high-integrity crews, and a ‘can-do’ attitude toward every aspect of the project. The owners and leaders in the company are well-networked and respected across the trades, so things get done on time and on budget. They set a high standard, and it shows in the work, and in their process. I recommend TriPower without hesitation: quality work done by folks who are a joy to have on property.
